Job Description

Zeppelin leads the industry in developing standards for architecting and deploying smart contract systems in public blockchains. We build open source infrastructure and conduct in-depth security audits on high-impact smart contract systems.

What you'll do
As the Community Manager, you will be the organizing brain and the welcoming heart of our global community. Specifically, you will:

Moderate and act as a first line of support in our channels, helping users with technical issues.

Help community members find their role in the community and build community ambassadors.

Provide meaningful reports of discussion, sentiment and feedback on our products.

Motivate leaders in the community to contribute code, content, evangelize and act as references.

Who we're looking for
You have a strong technical background that allows you to engage in high level technical discussion.

You have prior community management experience.

You possess strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

You have excellent writing skills.

You have an extroverted personality - you should get energy from interacting with others.
