This is a full time position and is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

About the Position

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you’ll support all financial aspects of our business, and help define the company’s financial strategy.


Manage our cash and identify how we should be holding our money
Build relationships with the company's partners and investors
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for executive team
Manage all taxes and regulatory filings in our various jurisdictions
Help manage the company’s budget and ensure teams are adhering to budget guidelines
Work with accounting partners to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and manage all taxes and regulatory filings in our various jurisdictions
Review and manage employee expense reimbursements and ensure adherence to policies
Run and review employee payroll and contractor payments
Work with our bookkeeper to ensure monthly finances are reconciled
Manage A/P and A/R.
Preferred Requirements

4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Experience in a startup environment
Proficient user of finance software
A solid understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of cryptocurrency accounting regulations
Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Able to manage, guide, lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are used
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
Deep interest in the Blockchain space
