Sales Development Representative at Staked

Job Description

The sales development rep is responsible for identifying and qualifying new staking customers for Staked. The right candidate combines a knowledge of the crypto landscape with the ability to identify and qualify good partners for Staked.

Our customer is the emerging class of institutional investors in cryptocurrency. Our customers are diverse, worldwide, and run the gamut from hard-charging suits to crypto libertarians. They include crypto hedge funds, venture funds, hybrid/hedge funds, family offices. Longer-term focus is partnerships with exchanges, custody providers, OTC desks, asset managers, and large financial institutions.

You will tell the Staked story to these customers, helping them understand why Staked is an ideal partner to help them securely and reliably generate yield on their crypto. A great SDR is highly organized, a great communicator, and capable of listening to customers to deeply understand their needs. You should have a solid understanding of cryptocurrencies and the sales process.

Requirements:

- Team player with the ability to excel in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- A strong background in financial technology, cryptocurrencies or related work experience
